Credits

Penmate uses a credit-based system. Each credit allows you to run one AI analysis of a student’s writing submission. Credits are shared across your entire organization — all teachers in the same organization use the same credit balance.

How It Works

• 1 credit = 1 AI analysis of a student submission
• Credits are deducted automatically when a student’s work is evaluated
• Your credit balance is visible in the dashboard
• All teachers in your organization share the same credit pool

Trial Credits

New accounts receive free trial credits:

• Institution accounts (schools, language centres): 100 credits
• Personal accounts (individual teachers): 50 credits

These credits let you try Penmate before purchasing a package.
