Create an Account

Getting started with Penmate takes just a few minutes.

Sign Up

Go to app.penmate.ai/auth/register . You can register in two ways:

Option A: Sign up with Google

  1. Click Continue with Google
  2. Choose your Google account
  3. You are immediately logged in — no email confirmation needed

Option B: Sign up with email and password

  1. Enter your email address and create a password
  2. Click Create account
  3. Check your inbox for a confirmation email from Penmate
  4. Click the verification link in the email
  5. Once confirmed, log in at app.penmate.ai 

Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, try registering again or contact support@penmate.ai.

Log In

Go to app.penmate.ai , enter your email and password, and click Log in.

If you registered with Google, click Continue with Google instead.

Reset Your Password

If you forget your password:

  1. Click Forgot password? on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset link
  4. Click the link and set a new password

What Happens After Your First Login

After logging in for the first time, Penmate will ask you to set up your organization — including choosing whether it’s an Institution or Personal account. See Set Up Your Organization for details.

Trial Credits

When you create a new account, you automatically receive free trial credits to try Penmate:

  • Institution accounts (schools, language centres): 100 trial credits
  • Personal accounts (individual teachers): 30 trial credits

Each credit allows you to run one AI analysis of a student’s work.
