Create an Account

Getting started with Penmate takes just a few minutes. Here’s how to create your account and log in.

Sign Up

1. Go to app.penmate.ai 
2. Click Sign up
3. Enter your email address and create a password
4. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the verification link

Once verified, you can log in and start setting up your organization.

Log In

1. Go to app.penmate.ai 
2. Enter your email and password
3. Click Log in

Reset Your Password

If you forget your password:

1. Click Forgot password? on the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your inbox for a password reset link
4. Click the link and set a new password

Trial Credits

When you create a new account, you automatically receive free trial credits to try Penmate:

• Institution accounts (schools, language centres): 100 trial credits
• Personal accounts (individual teachers): 50 trial credits

Each credit allows you to run one AI analysis of a student’s work.
