Purchasing Credits

When your trial credits run out, you can purchase credit packages to continue using Penmate. For current package prices, see the Pricing page.

How to Purchase

1. Go to your Organization Settings
2. Navigate to the Credits section
3. Select a credit package
4. Submit a credit request
5. You will receive an invoice by email
6. Once payment is received, credits are added to your organization’s balance

Payment Process

Penmate uses an invoice-based payment system:

1. Request — you select a package and submit a request
2. Invoice — an invoice is generated and sent to your billing email
3. Payment — pay the invoice via bank transfer
4. Credits added — once payment is confirmed, credits are added to your account

Billing Details

Make sure your organization’s billing details are up to date before purchasing. You can update them in Organization Settings:

• Organization legal name
• Tax ID / VAT number
• Billing address
• Billing email
